All regular priced items that are unworn/unused, in original packaging and have all tags attached, may be returned for exchange or store credit ONLY within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs will be covered by the customer if items are exchanged.
*we do not offer refunds for online orders unless the item we shipped to you was wrongfully shipped on our part or was sent damaged. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, but if you have received a wrongfully shipped item or an item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can rectify the issue.
Online store credit will be in the amount of the item returned, plus tax (if applicable), minus the cost of shipping (if applicable).
*shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store credit will be issued in the form of online gift card code to the email on the order. The gift card value can be used as a form of payment and will not expire unless the funds are depleted.
For health reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on jewelry or undergarments (panties, pantyhose, bras, slips, swimwear, socks, underwear..etc).
No returns/exchanges on fabric, lace, trim, wool/yarn, or packaged notion items.
Promo codes cannot be applied to sale items.
All sale items are final sale, no exceptions.
Returns MUST be authorized before sending them back to us, please contact us by email prior to setup your return. We cannot guarantee if you send your item back to us without authorization that we will be able to offer an exchange/credit and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
